What if I order the wrong size?
Please do check the Size Chart before ordering, our shoes are half a size larger than standard sizing, please measure foot before ordering. In any case if the shoe is not of the right size, We offer a 7-day risk free trial on all orders.
So if you have sizing issues you can exchange them within 7 days. We also offer FREE pickup for any returns.

We offer a 7-Day Exchanges & Returns policy on all shoe orders. So if you have sizing issues or quality issue you can Return or Exchange them within 7 days.
Note:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
- No refunds for worn or damaged items. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

What is 1yr Accidental Damage Cover?
We hope that you never have an accident. Should you have an accident, we know it can bring physical and financial strain, including costs like bike repairs and new shoes. If your shoes are damaged in an accident, we'll replace them free of charge within a year.
*This Good-Faith policy only covers accidental damage, not wear & tear, minor damage, or product misuse.
What is the Warranty on the shoes?
For Shoes (only):
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects, such as stitching issues, product delamination, or upper material tears. However, this warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, modifications, accidental damage, or misuse.
How about Cancellations & Refunds?
Order Cancellation:
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us at hello@clanshoes.com as soon as possible. We will refund your order fully if cancelled prior to shipping.

Please allow 7 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges.
