1 Year Limited Warranty

For Shoes Only:

We provide a 1 year limited warranty.The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, (defined as any stitching which comes off, or delamination of the product, or upper material tearing off) but will not cover defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to alteration of product, accident damage, or improper usage.

Accidental Damage Policy (1 year)

We hope that you never have an accident. However, accidents can result in not only physical harm but also financial burden due to expenses such as bike repairs. Additionally, we understand that purchasing new riding shoes can also add to your financial burden. Therefore, in the event that you have an accident and your shoes are damaged, we will replace them for free (offer valid for 1 year only).

*This is a policy under Good-Faith & only covers accidental damage. It does not cover wear & tear, minor scuffs & scratches, or misuse of the product.
