How a claim is assessed
Provide your order details and clear photographs of the shoes and accident damage. Clan will assess the claim and confirm eligibility and the replacement process.
What it excludes
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Cosmetic scuffs or damage that does not result from a motorcycle accident.
- Misuse, alteration, poor care or other non-accident damage.
365-day limited product warranty
Clan riding shoes also carry a 365-day limited warranty against eligible manufacturing and material defects.
Covered examples
- Stitching that comes apart because of a manufacturing defect.
- Delamination or sole-bond failure caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Upper material failure caused by a manufacturing or material defect.
Warranty exclusions
- Ordinary wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse or alteration.
- Accident damage, which is assessed separately under the crash damage cover above.
