365-day Crash Damage Cover and Warranty
Every pair of Clan riding shoes comes with two separate promises. Both run for 365 days from the day your shoes are delivered. There is nothing to register. Keep your invoice—it is your proof of the delivery date.
Who is covered
Every pair of Clan riding shoes bought from Clanshoes.com, Amazon or an authorised Clan dealer. Open Box pairs are covered in the same way.
Crash Damage Cover
If your Clan riding shoes are damaged in a motorcycle accident within 365 days of delivery, we replace the pair free of charge.
To make a claim
- Tell us within 15 days of the accident.
- Send your invoice and clear photos of both shoes and the damage.
- Provide reasonable proof that the damage resulted from a motorcycle accident—for example, accident photos or an insurance, repair, police or incident record. We assess claims in good faith and only ask for evidence that is reasonably available to you.
- We may collect the damaged pair before sending the replacement.
- One crash replacement is available per purchase.
Not covered
Ordinary wear and tear, cosmetic scuffs, misuse, alteration, poor care, or damage not caused by a motorcycle accident.
Limited Product Warranty
We cover defects in materials and manufacturing for 365 days from delivery.
Covered
- Tearing of the upper in normal use.
- Stitching failure.
- Sole separation or delamination.
- Leaks through the upper or seams of waterproof models.
Not covered
Ordinary wear, cosmetic damage, gear-lever wear on the toe, water entering from the ankle opening or after submersion, misuse, alteration, poor care, or accident damage.
What you get
An approved claim receives a replacement pair in the same model and size. If your size is out of stock, we offer the nearest equivalent model or store credit for the price you paid. We do not offer repairs.
A replacement pair does not restart the 365 days. Cover continues from the delivery date of your original pair.
How to claim
Send us three things
- Your invoice
- Clear photos of both shoes and the problem
- For a crash claim, the accident date and reasonable proof that the damage resulted from a motorcycle accident
