7-day free returns and size exchanges
Eligible Clan riding shoes can be returned or exchanged free when the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- Applies to riding shoes purchased directly from Clanshoes.com.
- The item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact.
- Eligible return shipping and size exchanges are free.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Open-box products and accessories are excluded.
