Shipping & delivery
Free shipping is available on every Clan order.
- Dispatch: within 24 hours.
- Typical delivery: 3–5 business days after ordering; some serviceable locations may receive orders sooner.
- Coverage: all serviceable Indian PIN codes.
- Payment: orders are prepaid. Cash on delivery is not available.
Delivery estimates can vary because of the destination, carrier operations, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Order cancellation
To cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Orders successfully cancelled before shipping are refunded in full to the original payment method.
