7-day free returns & size exchanges

Eligible Clan riding shoes bought directly from Clanshoes.com may be returned or size-exchanged free of charge when the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Riding shoes only.
• The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The shoes must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Free return or size exchange

For an eligible request, Clan will arrange free return shipping. You may choose a free size exchange, subject to stock availability, or a refund.

Refunds

Returned shoes are inspected after they reach us. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.

Excluded items

• Open-box products.
• Accessories.
• Used, washed, altered or damaged items.
• Items without tags or original packaging.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
