Returns & Refunds:

All purchases made directly on Clanshoes.com are backed by our 7 day Money-back Guarantee.  If we made an error on your order, or if your product is defective, we will replace/refund your order immediately. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

• unused and the same condition as you received it
• the original packaging.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

• If the product is returned after seven days
• If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

Order Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us at hello@clanshoes.com as soon as possible. We will refund your order fully if cancelled prior to shipping.

Refund/Exchange Processing:

If your return is accepted, our logistics team we will organise a return pickup for the product from your address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
