Eligibility
- Applies only to Clan riding shoes purchased directly from Clanshoes.com.
- Submit the request within 7 days of delivery.
- The shoes must be unused, unwashed and unaltered.
- All tags and the original packaging must be intact.
What you can request
- A free return for a refund to the original payment method.
- A free size exchange, subject to stock availability.
Return shipping is free for eligible requests. Once the returned pair is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions
Open-box products, accessories, worn items, washed or altered items, damaged packaging and requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible under this policy.
