- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
- No refunds for worn or damaged items. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

We hope that you never have an accident. Should you have an accident, we know it can bring physical and financial strain, including costs like bike repairs and new shoes. If your shoes are damaged in an accident, we'll replace them free of charge within a year.

For Shoes (only):
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects, such as stitching issues, product delamination, or upper material tears. However, this warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, modifications, accidental damage, or misuse.
Order Cancellation:
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us at hello@clanshoes.com as soon as possible. We will refund your order fully if cancelled prior to shipping.

Refund Processing:
Please allow 7 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.
