This policy applies to Clan riding shoes purchased directly from Clan. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, the shoes must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with the tags and original packaging intact. Eligible returns and size exchanges are free. Refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned pair is received and passes inspection.
Open-box products and accessories are excluded from this policy.
One-year limited product warranty
Clan riding shoes carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Examples can include stitching that comes apart, sole-bond failure or upper material tearing because of a manufacturing or material defect.
Normal wear and tear, product alteration, improper use and accident damage are not manufacturing defects. Accident damage is assessed separately under the crash policy.
365-day crash damage cover
If Clan riding shoes are damaged in a motorcycle accident within 365 days of purchase, an eligible claim receives one free replacement.
