*This Good-Faith policy covers accidental damage only and does not apply to wear and tear, minor damage, or misuse.
We offer a 7-Day Exchanges & Returns policy on all shoe orders. So if you have sizing issues or quality issue please contact our customer care & can Return or Exchange them within 7 days.

Too much moisture results in the growth of mould or fungus. Always store shoes in a cool, dry, and temperature-controlled area for best results.

If your shoes get wet, dry them immediately to prevent odor, mold, or fungus from forming.
