If your Clan riding shoes are damaged in a motorcycle accident within one year of purchase, an eligible pair may be replaced free under Clan’s good-faith crash policy.

Crash cover does not include normal wear, minor scuffs or scratches, or misuse.

Covers manufacturing or material defects in shoes, including failed stitching, delamination or the upper material tearing.

The warranty excludes normal wear, product alteration, improper use and accident damage—which is assessed separately under the crash policy above.

Clan Scout is a waterproof riding sneaker built for daily life on and off the bike. Its sneaker-led silhouette combines D3O® ankle protection, reinforced toe and heel zones, motorcycle-specific grip and an expressive gloss-finish PU microfiber upper.

Who is Scout designed for?

Scout is best for daily city commuters, college riders and first-time riding-shoe buyers who prioritise lightweight comfort, everyday styling and essential motorcycle-specific protection.
How should I choose my size?

Measure your foot and compare it with the Scout size chart rather than relying only on another brand. Eligible unused pairs can be returned or size-exchanged within 7 days.
What is the difference between the two Type options?

D3O & Waterproof uses flexible D3O® armour at both ankles. Waterproof uses rigid moulded TPU ankle discs. Both include the DryTech membrane and reinforced toe and heel zones.
Is Scout CE-certified?

No. Scout is BIS-certified, purpose-built motorcycle footwear with riding-specific protection, but it is not CE-certified. Stealth is currently Clan’s CE-certified model; Torque has passed its CE test programme and certification is pending.
How waterproof is Scout?

The DryTech membrane is designed for rain, road spray and wet commutes. Scout is not intended for submersion, and water can enter through the ankle opening.
Is Scout suitable for highway touring?

Scout is optimised for city commuting and casual road rides. For frequent highway touring, certified protection or maximum shin coverage, choose footwear designed for that use.
How do returns and crash replacement work?

Eligible unused pairs have 7-day returns and size exchanges. Eligible motorcycle-crash damage may qualify for Clan’s one-year crash replacement policy; complete terms apply.
